Stakeholders’ involvement in remuneration

主管的主席y Board reports extensively on the remuneration of Executive Board members at each Annual General Meeting. The current remuneration system was put to a vote at the Annual General Meeting in 2015 and approved by 92.96 % of shareholders. This remuneration system has been in effect and has remained unchanged since then, so another resolution has not been required.
