Risk reports are drawn up for the individual companies and are then compiled to provide a current overview of the risk situation at the Group level. This Group risk report is passed on to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board twice a year. There, potential risks and rewards are identified and classified according to their effect on profit (net method) as well as the probability of their occurrence. An efficacy test of the risk report is performed during internal corporate audits. In addition, the risks and rewards of all segments are discussed within the Sustainability Board and measures are taken, if necessary.
